November is here and it’s so bittersweet! Our crew has been wrapping up projects around the farm in preparation for winter, and while it’s nice to check things off our to-do list, it’s sad to see summer fading away. At least we can enjoy the seasonal produce that November brings (like these beautiful beets)!
