Can’t believe it’s already the last day of September! Where did the time go?? Now that the crew has officially harvested all of our winter squash and pumpkins, we are focusing on cleaning down the fields for winter and planting crops for next spring. Plus, we’ve still got plenty of food to harvest heading into October (YES, we will have salad!).
