Photo Session at the Farm

Description

We are so excited to be able to offer private photography sessions at Cold Frame Farm. Our property boasts an abundant selection of photo opportunities: fields of stunning flowers, rows of foliage, pastures of native wildflowers and grasses, the striking black barn, unique hoop houses and plenty of open space that welcomes golden sunset light

Perfect for: family, graduation, couples, maternity, engagements, children and more!

Full payment is required to reserve your date and is refundable up to 48 hours prior to the photography session.
We’ll happily reschedule sessions for inclement weather.

Photography Policies

• Please remember our farm is also our home. It is private property and a working farm. We ask that you be respectful of our property and do not damage any structures, equipment, or crops while trying to capture your perfect shot.

• Photographers and their clients must check in and sign a Release of Liability agreement upon arrival and prior to entering the farm fields.

• Do not trespass on our property during non-business hours. Only guests who have reserved a photography session with us will be allowed to enter the farm for photography.

• Please inform your guests to be dressed and prepared for photo shoot as we have only portable bathrooms.

• Any equipment or props brought to the field must be carried in and carried out. Cold Frame Farm assumes no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to any equipment or belongings.

• In the flower fields, photographers and their clients must remain on pathways and never cross through beds. Picking flowers is not permitted—however, upon request and an additional fee, we may cut fresh blooms for you to use as props in your photos!

• Proper attire must always be worn during all photo shoots. We cannot accommodate boudoir photography sessions or any other risqué attire or photography.

• We will be on the property during all photography sessions and will be available to answer questions and provide assistance as we are able.

• If our photography policies our violated, we will require your immediate departure from the farm.
